UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA

H.E. Irene Florence Mkwawa Kasyanju holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Dar Es Salaam, and a post graduate Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy. She joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to serve in the Department of International Cooperation & Legal Affairs where she was involved in many international legal negotiations, serving also at the Permanent Mission to the United Nations in Geneva.
In October 2015 she was accredited Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

REPUBLIC OF INDIA
H.E. Mr. J.S. Mukul is a post graduate in Political Science with specialization in International Relations. His functional area of specialization is economic-commercial work (including development cooperation), both at the bilateral and multilateral levels. Further, his geographical area of specialization has been the Arab world, especially the Gulf region as well as West Europe.
He has been posted in Damascus, Abu Dhabi, Kandy, Colombo, Geneva, Riyadh, Munich and Muscat.
Mr. Mukul was accredited Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Netherlands in September 2015, is married and has two daughters. He enjoys reading, cricket and travel.

DEMOCRATIC SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF SRI LANKA

H.E  Adam M.J.Sadiq is a graduate from the University of Colombo, where he read for a Bachelor of Science degree, then a Master’s in Public Management at the University of Singapore and Harvard.
Amongst the varied achievements of his career, is getting the Central Highlands of Sri Lanka on the World Heritage List and negotiating for the code sharing between Sri Lankan Airlines and Saudi Arabian Airlines.
Mr Sadiq has been posted in Jeddah, Kuwait, Paris and Islamabad and served as Ambassador in Brazil and Saudi Arabia before being accredited Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Netherlands.

SLOVAK REPUBLIC

H.E. Roman Bužek is a career Diplomat who studied at the Institute of International Relations, Moscow: Faculty of International Relations, with a specialization in Northern Europe.
Prior assignments have been to Sweden, Norway, Prague and he served as Ambassador in Denmark and Ireland.
Since September 2015, Mr Roman Bužek is accredited as Ambassador of Slovakia to the Netherlands and Permanent Representative of the Slovak Republic to the OPCW.
Mr Bužek is married to Livia and they have 2 sons.

PAPAL NUNCIO IN THE HAGUE

H.E. Mgr Aldo Cavalli, born in Italy, was appointed Priest for the diocese of  Bergamo before teaching literature whilst studying political and social studies. Mgr Cavalli specialised in theology and canon law at the Pontifical Ecclesiastical Academy and graduated in political sciences. Postings at the service of the Holy See have taken him to Burundi, Angola and Sao Tome & Principe, Chile, Colombia, Libya and Malta.

REPUBLIC OF LATVIA

H.E. Ilze Rūse holds a PhD in political Science from Salzburg University (Austria), a Master Degree in International Relations from Stockholm University (Sweden), a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences/ Economic History from Stockholm and a Bachelor Degree in Natural Sciences, University of Latvia, Riga.
She is a career diplomat having served in Sweden and Vienna and since 2015 is accredited Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Netherlands.
Mrs Rūse is married with 2 children.

RUSSIAN FEDERATION

H.E Alexander Vasilievich Shulgin is a career diplomat who graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
He has been posted in Marseilles and Monaco and has served as Ambassador in Senegal/Gambia and Luxembourg before being accredited Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Netherlands in October 2015.
Mr Shulgin is married with a son and daughter.
